    Dear Lowe’s Management, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with an employee named Jeff at the Lowe’s rental department. I have been a returning customer and have rented equipment from Lowe’s multiple times without any issues. I have a valid driver’s license, Social Security, work permit, vehicle insurance, and I am also a Lowe’s Pro customer with multiple credit cards. During my recent visit, Jeff refused to rent equipment to me without providing a clear or reasonable explanation. He stated that we did not have sufficient history, which is not accurate. Just five days prior, I rented the exact same machine from the same Lowe’s location without any problems. In an effort to resolve the situation, I even called another person to come and rent the equipment. This individual also had a valid license, insurance, and all necessary documentation, yet Jeff still refused the rental. The way we were treated felt unfair and discriminatory. Jeff appeared to be in a bad mood and unwilling to assist us professionally. This experience was very disappointing, especially considering my positive rental history with Lowe’s. I respectfully ask that this situation be reviewed and addressed. I value Lowe’s services and would like to continue doing business with your company, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    I’ll never shop at this Lowe’s ever again I spent over $1000 in the past month and all because I wanted to exchange a $35 toilet seat that was broken in the packaging and I lost the receipt but I had the card that it was bought on they wouldn’t do the exchange for me and I know it was manager’s discretion, but I will never step foot in this Lowe’s again. over something so simple I just wanted another toilet seat they made it so difficult I told Gal Walmart would’ve done it and she said this ain’t Walmart 🤣 i’m responding to your reply. They’ve already refunded me the money. I just wanted to exchange the seat. There’s nothing to talk about. You’re not gonna do nothing for me. it was just made difficult. like who gives you the refund but won’t exchange a seat so now I had to wait on the refund and Ill have to drive all the way back up there and buy a seat. Y’all are not paying me for my gas. It’s just sad man how people are nowadays

    Good experience until coming home after having our fridge installed to standing water completely flooding our kitchen and bathroom. Beware of their installations.
