Master’s Cleaning and Restoration is locally owned and operated and has been serving the Sumner and Wilson County area since 2002. When you invite us for an estimate, we will take a look at what you have, review the manufacturer's recommendation, measure, then give you a fair, firm, no-nonsense price. Some companies advertise "Too good to be true, loss leader" type offers that get you to invite them out but when arrive you’ll hear them say things like, "This carpet is dirtier than you made it sound on the phone," or "These rooms are bigger than we thought," etc. We will teach you how to shop for cleaning service and after our visit with our estimate in hand if you want to call other cleaners and compare you will be better equipped to do.

- AEAngela EarneyNov 26, 20255.0If I could give this business a hundred thousand stars, I would. Master's Touch has the most amazing customer service. I called them to have some very expensive, wool area rugs cleaned that were muddied by an HVAC tech when he tracked mud all through our house. The HVAC company was going to reimburse us and ask that I just have them cleaned and send them the bill and then they would send us a check. I happened to get information about Master's Touch from a dry cleaning company in Gallatin. The experience I had with Master's Touch was by far the best experience I've EVER had with a company. I explained the situation to Terri (one of the owners), at Master's and how the HVAC company was going to reimburse us, and explained I needed a itemized bill. Terri went a step beyond and asked if she would like me to have her to call & bill the HVAC company directly. Cutting me out of the middle completely so that I would not have to deal with it & the chase the HVAC companyfor reimbursement. Amazing customer service, right? But it gets even better! Terri then said that they would pick up and also drop off the rugs, saving us time and gas. I was absolutely floored how she went above and beyond what any other company would do for their customer. YET, IT STILL GETS BETTER! Terri called the day before our scheduled pickup day, to make sure it was okay to pick up the rugs at the time we planned, showed up precisely when they said they were going to, called as the rugs were finished to set up a delivery time, called the day before delivery, to make sure that the drop off, time was still okay. The other owner (Terri's husband) dropped off the rugs, and then later in the day, Terri called me to make sure everything was okay. Amazing, right? STILL NOT DONE! Today she called again to make sure that I was satisfied with the rugs & service and to wish me Happy Thanksgiving. This is by far the best customer service I have ever had with a company, and I worked in customer service for thirty plus years. I could not recommend this company enough for your rug cleaning services (and apparently they offer several more services. check out their google description). I like them so much that if they had a job opening, I would want to work for them. By the way, the rugs looked brand new after they cleaned them. I really cannot recommend this company enough. If you need your rugs cleaned, don't waste your time and money using anyone other than Master's Touch

Prior to them I called Stanley and they told me they couldn’t clean my couch. My couch looks brand new! I will be using Master Touch Cleaning and restoration again. After my cleaning Terry called me the next day to ask about my service. Talk about amazing customer service!!
