- CFChris Furness4 days ago1.0I’ll never shop at this Lowe’s ever again I spent over $1000 in the past month and all because I wanted to exchange a $35 toilet seat that was broken in the packaging and I lost the receipt but I had the card that it was bought on they wouldn’t do the exchange for me and I know it was manager’s discretion, but I will never step foot in this Lowe’s again. over something so simple I just wanted another toilet seat they made it so difficult I told Gal Walmart would’ve done it and she said this ain’t Walmart 🤣 i’m responding to your reply. They’ve already refunded me the money. I just wanted to exchange the seat. There’s nothing to talk about. You’re not gonna do nothing for me. it was just made difficult. like who gives you the refund but won’t exchange a seat so now I had to wait on the refund and Ill have to drive all the way back up there and buy a seat. Y’all are not paying me for my gas. It’s just sad man how people are nowadays

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
