    We purchased 2 patio doors from the Gallatin TN store, and Josh was the one who helped us. He got us setup with an installer who came today right on time! He efficiently installed both doors and did an excellent job! He was super friendly. I can't remember his name, but he was awesome! Great job!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from Tye in Appliances! Tye was absolutely excellent! He went above and beyond helping us choose the right appliance, and even personally carried our microwave out to the truck for us. His customer service was outstanding, and he made our experience quick, easy, and stress-free. Lowe’s is lucky to have him!

    They have a manager named Ethan there who speaks to employees like a dog! He belittled an elderly cashier right in front of me while a lady was checking out because she had to get an override on a clearance item! Despicable these elderly folks have to work, let alone put up with poor berating managers! I won’t shop here again!

    What an absolute nightmare of an experience. I had my floors measured on 9/14, it took several days just to get measurements back and a few more to get the floors approved. I finally received my quote on 9/29 and purchased the floors from Lowe’s that same day. On 10/9, I got a call saying my material was in and they scheduled installation for 10/14. To save money, we ripped up our old floors over the weekend — figuring living on subfloors for a day or two wouldn’t be too bad. Well, the day came and no one showed up. I took the day off work, waited around all day, and then got a text asking “How was your install?” — which never even happened! I called the number and was told the material wasn’t all there at Lowe’s, so the installers just didn’t come. No one bothered to call, email, or text me that the job was canceled. Now my two-year-old is walking on bare subfloors, my house is torn apart, and I can’t get a straight answer from anyone. Every time I call, I get the runaround. No one can tell me when (or if) I’m rescheduled, and when I asked for a manager, I was told to call Lowe’s — but no one can even tell me which store. This has been beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. I’ve wasted time, money, and energy, and still have no floors. I would never recommend this company or this process to anyone.

    My wife and I use Lowes for a kitchen model for our 30 year wedding anniversary present to both of us. This was the absolute worst decision of our lives. Not getting the kitchen redone, but using Lowe’s to do so. The problems started with the measurements and compounded from there. The project took over 10 months from the time demolition started until the last cabinet door was replaced. I have spent countless hours on the phone. The Lowe’s install team was absolutely worthless. I ended up doing most of the project management myself in order to keep the project moving forward. Otherwise, who knows where it would be now. There have been issues with product delivery, scheduling, re-ordering, installation, poor quality of the materials, you name it. There has not been one step of this process that it has not had an issue. This project cost me over $30,000. Lowe called to compensate me for all of the problems we experienced. They offered me a total of $550. That should tell everyone what Lowe’s thinks of their customers. I have canceled my Lowe’s credit card, and I will never step foot into another Lowe’s store as long as I live. I would also not trust the Lowe’s install team to do any project, I doubt they could even handle installing a toilet paper roll. The have issues with their subcontractors also. If we had not stayed on top of them, they would have left piles of trash/sawdust underneath the cabinets. Garbage was left all throughout the project area and in my garage. There were numerous issues with their install that had to be redone, This was an absolute nightmare project. Bottom line, do not trust Lowe’s for your remodel needs.
