It's not that often I get to review in a positive light, the Customer Service of a retail organization. At the Gallatin location specifically, I would like to recognize Tara who helped me work through a delivery that FedEx destroyed and we needed to get reordered. She followed through with calling me back and resolved all of the questions or concerns I had throughout the transaction. This interaction truly stands out in a world that seems less concerned with customer service. Thank you Tara for your sincere ownership and solutions.

We ordered a grill online for pickup and it said “in stock for pickup today”. We drove way out of our way to pick up this grill only to be told “sorry it’s actually not in stock”. Be better.

Went in to get glass. The guy who was cutting it (Mike) argued with me about the glass I was buying. And when I say argue, I mean we were fighting like a married couple. I eventually looked at him and said "I'm here to get glass, are you going to let me buy it or not?". It was so awkward and uncomfortable. I'm sorry I didn't agree with you Mike, you don't have to be such a butt. Idk if his mom forgot to pack his lunch or something but he was so rude and such a jerk. I would give negative stars if I could. I will go out of my way to never shop here again.

Never had a more difficult experience with a company ever. Nov 2 we purchased a new GE range and vent hood. Paid for the warranty, delivery, installation, cord, haul away..the whole thing. 3 days later the installer calls and comes, the wrong hood was ordered and they would need to come back..understandable. 2 days later they come with the range.. its damaged and has to go back..ok. A week later crickets on both, I call the store and they say they will get it handled and rescheduled. After a few more calls, a mistake was made and they never put installation back on the order. A week later nothing, we push to a manager who gets it scheduled. They show up take my old stove, place the new one..no power cord. I call and they say when they reordered it, they forgot it...hmm ok. Still no word on my hood. A week later, crickets, I call again and they say they will get it handled.. again. They schedule a delivery of the power cord, confirm it..then no call/no show. We call the store..they say they will get back to us.. no call back. 3 days later, I discover the reordered hood has been sitting in their warehouse for "pick up" with no install scheduled and I still have no working stove in my home. Finally after calling Corporate and the store 4 times..I get them to put a cord and my hood up front so I can pick it up myself and hire someone else to install it on my own. 23 days.. 23 days and they could never get it handled.. 10 days with a brand new oven we couldn't use in a house with 2 children. 2 days before Thanksgiving, I pickup and installed the power cord and will get my own installer for the hood after the holiday. Save yourself the aggravation and chasing Lowes to do the right thing. I get it's a 3rd party installer and delivery company..but its your name. If you cant manage your contractors, get another one. Will go to a trustworthy store like Electronics Express or Best Buy next time I'm going to spend thousands on appliances.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
