  A Poor Experience. Moved long distance , so I was back and forth for months. When I finally had time to put the pieces together found that Lovesac sent me FOUR incorrect backs. There was a photo on their website , it showed exactly what pieces should be included , it just directed me to choose fabric , storage base or not & pillows - so it wasn't me who made the mistake Sunday, 02/01/26 I went into the local store at the CoolSprings Galleria. I was treated rudely by the male manager, Tim - who basically blamed me for THEIR mistake .He stated his main concern was whether it would be "easy" for him to do. He promised to call me Monday after his conference call- its now 02/12/16 and he has not bothered to contact me. I have also sent emails and received NO Response. So empty words from them below in their "heartfelt reply" Gosh, Imagine me being very busy packing up a house I had been in for 30 years, buying a new one , unpacking , selling the old house , working long hours - and then being shamed for not dropping everything to make sure THEY hadn't made any mistakes with my order. I spent nearly EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS and this is how they treat their customers. I do warranty fulfillment for a large corporation and if treated my customers this way- I'd be out of a job. According to the State of TN , sending wrong items and refusing to correct the mistake is considered Deceptive Business Practices. This also Fraud , per the FTC.

  Definitely dress up before you go to this place otherwise they will look at you like some sort of joke, especially the lady there. One of the gentlemen there gave us some information and kept affixating on that they don't sell "couch". Whenever we said the word "couch" it seemed to bother him and he had to correct us. I understand that it's all modular and stuff but their website literally has a couch category. Lol. Very "solid" sales team there.

  Nedy was an excellent explainer. The configurable concept that is the love sac trademark was easy to understand using the magnetic blocks that look like little couches. The flexibility of the couch arrangements is nothing less than “dreamy.” Nedy was easy to talk to and she was ready to answer all questions. We were soo pleased, we bought a couch! Good product.

  My wife and I stopped by the Lovesac kiosk inside Cool Springs mall in Franklin, TN just to get some information about the product and were greeted by Jim, the sales associate. Despite it being less than an hour until closing Jim took the time to show us all the features and benefits of this product, along with answering any questions we had. At no time did Jim try to pressure or "sell" us on the product, nor did he make us feel rushed in any way even though it was close to the end of his day. After spending 45 minutes with us we felt so comfortable with Jim, and confident in the product, that we made the decision that night to join the Lovesac "cult" and purchase a Sactional set from Jim. Even after the sale was complete Jim remained engaged about the sale/delivery process, setting the expectation that delivery could take up to 2 weeks, but much to our surprise our new Lovesac Sactional arrived 4 days later. Jim is a consumate professional and I would encourage anyone thinking about buying a Lovesac product that lives in or around the Franklin, TN area to stop by the kiosk in the Cool Spring mall and work with Jim. You will be very satisfied!
