  Great experience from ordering our play set in the store to installation. Installation was also 2 weeks earlier than expected. Everyone involved was very knowledgable and able to answer our questions.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Happy Backyards! We purchased an in-ground basketball goal almost a year ago, right as we kicked off some major outdoor renovations. Between the pool project and waiting on our new driveway, it ended up taking until this November to finally be ready for installation. Throughout the whole process, the team at Happy Backyards was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. They guided my husband and son every step of the way with advice and recommendations, never making us feel rushed even though we sat on the goal for months. A special shout-out to our installer—he was absolutely amazing! He stayed in constant communication with me, checking in regularly to see if we were ready. I always felt bad when I had to say “not quite yet,” but he was always gracious, understanding, and reassuring. When the day finally came, he showed up and knocked it out perfectly. The goal itself is fantastic—sturdy, professional-grade, and exactly what we hoped for. Our son is obsessed and plays on it every single day. My husband and I love it too; it’s already become the centerpiece of our backyard and a true family gathering spot. Thank you, Happy Backyards, for the outstanding customer service, the top-quality product, and for making this long-delayed project feel effortless in the end. This basketball goal is a slam dunk (literally!) and worth every penny. Highly, highly recommend! 🏀

  Never received promised roof. The company did not tell us at purchase that wooden roofs were back ordered. After a year of waiting and calling, they finally brought a canvas roof out at no charge. At that time, we were promised next on the list for a wooden roof. Several months later, we have still not received it. It has been about a year since purchase. Each time we check in, we are told it will be a couple weeks.
