  The website offers a delivery window preference: morning or afternoon. They delivered a 500 lb. tree (that I had intended to plant in my backyard) and dropped it off in the front yard in the morning, despite my indicating an afternoon preference. They gave me multiple and conflicting excuses ("We're curbside delivery only; we can't get through your gate, etc.), none of which are accurate. You have to chase management down, hold indefinitely on the phone, and get different answers. I won't buy from them again and certainly do not recommend them.

  Mark could not have been more helpful. I had lots of questions and he patiently answered them all. This is the second time I have been there with lots of questions and the second time I was treated with great patience, humor, and kindness.

  for starters their parking lot is a muddy wet mess full of potholes from how they water the plants. nobody asks if you need help, even if you make direct eye contact and are standing at the register apparently. because of that, we left and wont be back. there are WAY better nurseries out there: highly recommend Growild or Moore & Moore if youre looking for better selection and actual nice folk.

  Keg was amazing not only at his job but with his prompt professional service and upbeat attitude. His coworkers are privileged to work along side such a beautiful human being. SiteOne has quickly become a daily stop for me and I will look forward to seeing him. He deserves a raise and and high praise.

  Verified on their website they had the grass seed I was looking for drove all the way out there only to be told they don't have it. Waste of time!
