I really wish the keys had worked but that was the 2nd best experience. I have had successful keys made so I do not believe there is anything lacking with their quality. I believe if you are making a copy of a copy the chance of having a problem increases. "Maybe" they should make that known on their kiosks? But as long as they refund failed products that is good customer service.

It had metal shavings stuck to it that, if the key were used, would likely damage or jam the lock. As it was a kiosk, there was no customer service rep around. I took the key to customer service, but they would not stand behind their retail partner and told me I had to call the number on the side of the kiosk. The key is not usable. I used the kiosk because I needed a key quickly. I will NOT be using this service again due to this issue.
