They went above and beyond to help and assist with an issue due to no availability of a purchased online item. They were attentive to our needs, after explaining that we had traveled over an hour and a half to pick up the items bought online they assisted to their best of their ability and were able to find a solution allowing us take home the online purchased items.
- JVjohn vogtMar 10, 20265.0One of the reasons I moved to Salt Lake City is for the low humidity. When it gets hot in the summer, Lowe's uses air conditioning. Home Depot uses swamp coolers which makes it very damp indoors a undoes all that nice dryness. It makes for a much more comfortable and pleasant shopping experience. I also like Lowe's because of their delivery service.

The staff ensured that everyone in line would receive a generator along with a gas can, and they kept us informed with regular updates on the generators’ arrival times. While we waited, they even handed out water. I’ve never experienced service like that at a hardware store—truly outstanding. They’ve earned a customer for life.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
