I do not live close. I scheduled a pick up yesterday morning and it said it would be ready within 3 hours. I did some other shopping and, 4 hours later still didn't have an update about my pickup. I was ready to head back home, nearly an hour away, so I called the store to get an update. The automated answering machine told me the order was ready. I went to the store only to find out it wasn't and they didn't even have the quantity of drawer pulls I ordered. One gentlemen was very kind and tried to help me. He was just going to go pull the items and that is when we found out the only had 3 of the 13 I had ordered. Another lady explained that everyone had called out that day and there wasn't anyone in that department to even pull the order. I understand all of that but the system shouldn't have let me order an amount that wasn't even in stock. I also feel that stores should have the ability to shut off same day pick ups for certain stores, in cases like this. The employee wasn't able to cancel it so I had to do that online, once I arrived back home. The employees that were there seemed to care but they really are lacking at the store. This is just one of the many times I have arrived for pick up and nothing has been looked at and they just have to go pull it when I arrive. I will just plan to shop at another location from now on.

Purchased a Frigidaire garage ready refrigerator from Lowe's July 2024. Model #LFTR2045VF9. 16 months later, November 2025, the freezer starts to frost over and the refrigerator stopped working. After calling Frigidaire directly, they said the refrigerator was out of warranty and it would be a minimum $350 to send a service technician for a repair. Since the repair costs was almost half the cost of a new refrigerator, we chose to purchase another brand. I did not contact Lowe's only because I knew it wasn't their problem. I am sure Lowe's offers other quality appliances, but I will never buy another Frigidaire.

Today (Winter) it was a trip to Lowe's to see houseplants. It was a big ask to see greenery in Winter but they had it - nice selection.

My wife and I recently purchased a fridge from this location. After 6 weeks the freezer completely stopped working. We lost all the food in the freezer and contacted Lowe's customer service. They immediately passed us off to Samsung to handle the issue. Samsung had me on the phone for several hours performing troubleshooting activities which did not fix the problem. Then had to schedule a technician to come to the house. He arrived and dismantled the entire thing, told me he didn't have the right parts to fix our problem and then left asking us to reschedule. Once he left the next day I noticed the fridge portion, which had been working prior to was no longer working. So now we lost the food and the fridge. The water dispenser is now dripping. My wife and I went back to this store to see if we could just get a replacement as clearly this fridge was a lemon. We were met with the most robotic answers from each and every person we spoke with. "You have to call Samsung." "Not our problem after 2 days." "Samsung has your answers, not us." Don't get me wrong, I understand we have the manufactures warranty but Lowes sold us this lemon. They could not have been less helpful

Edit: The store really seems to not want to make money. No one really greets you or anything. Also months back, I was looking in the cabinet section and their was a gentleman sitting in a seat there a few feet away and not once did he offer assistance. So I later went to this guy and asked about cabinet resurfacing and he took my information saying I would be contacted. I never got contacted. I do have a baby face and dress down so I’m not sure if people just don’t take me seriously but they missed out on a opportunity to make money. I will be seeking another provider for my home remodeling. If you need help from customer service or anyone, request a a manager. Twice I have come here and been told incorrect information. One was an issue with exchanging a refrigerator (thankfully the manager Josh there saved the day) and today when I asked for plastic recovery bags to enclose bags of soil in. The garden guy said to check at the front. I didn’t see any so I asked customer service. Customer service looked at me like I have 2 heads. I asked a family member that works for Lowes in a different city and got an immediate answer. Customer service here could use some work.
