One of the gentlemen there gave us some information and kept affixating on that they don't sell "couch". Whenever we said the word "couch" it seemed to bother him and he had to correct us. I understand that it's all modular and stuff but their website literally has a couch category. Lol. Very "solid" sales team there.

The configurable concept that is the love sac trademark was easy to understand using the magnetic blocks that look like little couches. The flexibility of the couch arrangements is nothing less than “dreamy.” Nedy was easy to talk to and she was ready to answer all questions. We were soo pleased, we bought a couch! Good product.
