However at one point she had to get the store manager, Jean, regarding special pricing and Jean was quite rude to her and made it very clear that she didn’t really have the time to help her all within earshot of us. She did come over to help but was very short and her tone was very dismissive. If it wasn’t for Sandra’s extensive knowledge and helpfulness we would’ve taken our business elsewhere. I really hope that this is not normal behavior for Jean and that maybe she was just having an off day.
