They installed power blinds on our windows seven years ago, and one of them recently stopped working. It was easy to schedule a time, and they came to our house within 48 hours. They spent a hour troubleshooting the problem, which turned out to be my fault - I had put a bad battery in it. They did not charge me for the visit, and I had to insist on paying. In other words, this is a company you can trust!
