    I wanted to leave a review on their website so these two employees could get the praise they deserve but my stupid brain couldn’t get to the right place so Google it is! Christian and Wade (I THINK his name is Wade, definitely started with a W) in the tool department were SO sweet and patient with me! I’m horrible with tools and they didn’t make me feel stupid or a burden at all. They both made me feel so welcome. I hope their management sees this review! It’s been a few weeks since I had my experience with them so it was back in late Nov 2025 I believe. Please give those guys the praise they deserve, Management!

    We purchased a midea refrigerator from Lowe's in Elizabethton TN it was delivered on 11/5 and it quit running 4 days later. I called the Midea customer care only to be told that the repair man would be out on 11/21 6 days before Thanksgiving. After several calls I finally got them to agree to have it returned to Lowe's. We went to Lowe's to get the process started. We talked to Garrett in the appliance department, sorry I didn't get his last name. He said he wasn't able to do what was needed because of his level but would take us up to the customer service manager Robert Lee. They went above and beyond to get our problem solved and to get delivery expedite. That was 11/14 and it was delivered on 11/16, the delivery people were wonderful as well. Thank you Robert Lee, Garrett, and the delivery folks for saving our Thanksgiving.

    Always love Lowe's, there staff are helpful and friendly. Parking lot and store are well lit and clean. They always have the variety of things I need in stock.

    Will unfortunately never deal with Lowe’s again. They don’t stand by anything but “Policy”. Purchased a refrigerator in Elizabethton , Tn store. No issues and service was fine. Then it stopped working within 5 months. The maker authorized full replacement and contacted Lowe’s with full replacement value. The store “Policy” is because I got it with a scratch in it that they took off money for then in order to replace it I had to pay the difference. “Policy”. Yes totally understandable that you’re receiving full money back for the original from the maker. But still want to make more money off the customer. And I’m not blaming the employees who did try to assist. But sadly management and bottom line are way more important than doing what’s right. Gotta make that $. So buy there but read all the fine print “Policy” rules and when you get treated like a fool don’t say you weren’t warned. Home Depot just down the road.
