    Do not ever purchase a fence through Lowe's. George Thornton known as Trey is the worst person I have ever dealt with and I have probably been in business more years than he has been born. We have received the runaround for 3 months from every associate, assistant supervisor, supervisor, install team and service coordinator imaginable. We have emailed, texted, and called literally hundreds of times trying to get this job done or a refund. Finally, Frances M. saved the day and gave me a total refund. I will never shop or do business with them again.

    Always plenty to look at. Customer service is decent and generally they are always prompt and professional when called to a particular area. The only thing I disagree with is that the self-checkout is exactly what it is to save cashier time while saving the customers from a wait in line. It's unnecessary to have someone stand at the self-checkout and check a customer out.

    Absolutely terrible service. We ordered a stove, installation and haul away and it gave us an option of a time so we chose after 6pm. They brought it several hours earlier when we wouldn’t be home instead. The person delivering it was no help at all and couldn’t explain to us why we were given the option of after 6pm and now he’s telling us he can’t do that. So they took the stove back and told us it would be after Christmas now. No one at the store would help or give us any answers at all. 2 hours of our life was spent talking to people with no answers and no solution. We’ll be canceling the order and picking up a stove from a locally owned business instead like we should have done in the first place. Don’t give people the option of a time frame on the site and then tell people that’s not possible.

    For Western Express drivers, even though it's a drop & hook, sign on receiving door says the earliest is 1430 & not sure what it said word from word but the understanding is 1430 to the earliest we check in; other carriers, if not mistaken, 700-1600 for receiving hours.
