She then asked if I asked ANYBODY else for help. I told her I couldn't find anyone and apologized, she then huffed, and pulled out her walkie and asked for someone to help me. I thanked her and she didn't say anything back or acknowledged me. I walked back waiting for an employee. No one showed up and it had been 5 minutes so I left. I understand employees get swamped sometimes but she was extremely rude and all I was asking for was help..

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
