  Ask for help at Pro desk getting doors and loading 10” table saw and 1 hour later done by myself. Called manager and after phone rang for 5 minutes someone answered and said he was in meeting and would call back never did call back. This was the worse customer service I’ve ever had there. Only gave 1 star because had too. We need to start supporting our small businesses because big companies don’t care

  February 14, 2026… This is a review for tractor trailers making deliveries to this location. Two things: 1) there is no room to drive around the back of the store to get to the docks. 2) there is no room in front of the docks to U-turn to put yourself in a position to back into the docks. If you get off interstate 40 and take State Route 46 N. and make that right onto Jackson Brothers Boulevard to the store, you’ll have to blindside back off the street into the docks if the TENNSCO warehouse is open next-door, you might get lucky and turn around there and then come back out to position yourself for a site side back at Lowe’s… However, TENNSCO has a gate and if it is shut, you’re out of luck. INSTEAD DO THIS…. This is what I did and it worked out pretty well.. if you come in, I’ll stay Route 46 N. and instead of making that right to Jackson Brothers Boulevard… Go one more block to the traffic light at the intersection of Oakmont Drive… Take that right… The road will turn into Marshall Stuart Drive. Keep driving down the road because what you’re doing is looping back to Jackson Brothers Boulevard… When you get to the intersection of Marshall Stewart Drive and Jackson Brothers Boulevard, take a right. You will see a sign that says no trucks, but it does say local delivery only and that is what you are doing is making a local delivery! Once on Jackson Brothers Boulevard, you will go about 3/10 of a mile in the Lowe’s driveway leading to the Trucking docks will be on the left-hand side. To be in a good position to back-into the docks, when you see the driveway leading to the TENNSCO warehouse, start driving to the left hand side of the road… And I understand this is going into what would be oncoming traffic… Just park on the left-hand side of the road between the TENNSCO driveway and the Lowe’s driveway and put your four ways on and walk to the receiving department at Lowe’s and check in.the door to get there is right behind the fenced off trash compactor. You may annoy some car traffic being parked right there, but it is not a majorly trafficked road. Until Lowe’s can clear space to safely drive around the back of the store or have more space in front of their docks. (which I do not think will ever happen because whoever designed the place did not account for the store having to store excess product somewhere., and unfortunately, the best place is right behind the store in a lane where trucks should be able to go). It is not the best situation to dock a tractor trailer, but it’s not the worst either.

  Usually, I can find everything I need on my own. In the occasions that I’ve needed assistance finding something I can never get help. Never. Ask for assistance and no one comes. Press the help button or ask an associate for help, they call on the public address system, still nothing. Generally, a lethargic and disappointing team.

  This morning I was picking up mulch, and here comes an employee named Colby, asking if he could help. He finished loading my cart, went to the checkout stand with me, then unloaded it into my car without being asked. Now that’s customer service.

  Purchased $600.00 dryer and came to pick it up. I had to wait an hour to get it loaded and I placed the order and paid early that morning! The employee that went to load the dryer knew where we was at and purposely took the dryer to the other end of the store then was rude and unprofessional with her tone statingl I didn’t know” Horrible customer service. Hannah with short bright pink hair definitely not representing professionalism or good customer service. Lowe’s is not what it used to be. Home Depot will get our business moving forward.
