Great store for DIYers, but the customer service is lacking. Since it's the only local option, I visit often, but I'm always met with an unwillingness to help. It feels like a result of corporate greed—despite moving to all self-checkouts, which should free up staff to help on the floor, the service hasn't improved.

Asked for help and the guy gave me attitude.told him nevermind and walked away, then proceeded to follow us to tell us what we are looking for even though we were in the section that we found be ourselves . Asked for him to leave us alone and he kept talking while walking by us then gave us a dirty look then kept going. Mind you he was a customer service representative. We put down our purchases and just left. Lost our business and never coming back.

Very disappointed in Lowes they were suppose to deliver my washer machine I purchased and was charged for deliver but they did not show up. I have cameras up everywhere and they never even came to the door or called my phone. I tried tracking my order but the page couldn't be reached. I called the store and they said it would be delivered by 6-9pm. She said they would put it under my screened in front porch. I didn't pay for them to hook it up. I had to be at work at 3am. They just never showed up! Horrible bussiness. I will "NEVER" purchase another item from lowes again. This was at the Dickson TN store. I will drive to Home Depot in Bealvue from now on.
