    I purchased a pre-owned mattress from Aaron's in Dickson. It was standing up in the back and looked brand new. I was not able to lay on the mattress before I bought it. The sales associate assured me that if I got it home and it was not comfortable that I could trade it for a new mattress. It was extremely firm and hurt my hip and back. I returned the mattress but the manager of the store refused to allow me to select another mattress. I was treated very rudely and hatefully and I will never deal with Aaron's again.

    I got a laptop from Aaron's and was out of work I fell two payments behind keep in contact with them letting them know what was going on I even talked to the new general manager name Jeremy then 2 days later Jeremy shows up at my house at 9 clock at night and told me even give them the laptop or pay the two payments I was behind so I gave them the laptop back and he told me he would hold on it for 3 days before putting back on self to sell I said ok 2 days later I called him for 2 days leaving voice messages and visiting the store he was never there he never return my call and I go up there on the third day to make my payment and they have already gotten rid of my laptop to somebody else

    I live in Linden TN, my husband ordered a new mattress from the Dickson, TN store for us at the end of may early June so that we could have our old one in our guest room for my family arriving. The mattress is still not here, although we have gotten calls about the payment due. When i call to see what is going on they tell me "they dont have delivery drivers" and it "takes time to train them" I called today to see if they had any idea on when my matress would be delivered, and he told me he doesn't have an answer for me because of "no delivery drivers" and I told him it was a bit ridiculous that every time I talk to them I get told this. Obliviously I was a little upset and had a tone, and he told me that he was going to have to ask me to "not speak to him like that or he was going to end the call" and when asked "spoke to like what?" He didnt have an answer. I kept asking how he was going to rectify the situation and he kept telling me he didnt have have an answer and if I keep "going on the way I was" he was going to cancel my order. I never once called this man out of his name, nor did I cuss at him. I just firmly told him it was ridiculous, and that they havent called to rectify the situation but they called to get the money for a product I dont even have. He told me for one it wasnt even his store, he was called in to fix the issue this store is apparently having, and that his store in Alabama or Georgia was the top rated store, and for two they apparently have a seperate department for billing, yet the people from that store was the ones calling for the payment. So he threated to cancel my order because I just want an answer to when my mattress will be here. If I could give them no stars I would. Honestly the worst customer service ive had in a LONG time.

    I was initially a Rent A Center customer. I went through the Dickson, TN location which had a better manager last fall, one who worked with me on price and what I wanted. I had left RAC on good terms and decided to look online for what new deals they had. I found a bundle and started the process, just for Dickson to conveniently call and help me through the process OTP, making my desired weekly payment almost double the online price, but I still agreed. Signed electronically, uploaded everything I was told to, charged my card, and told everything was ready, that I could come pick it up. Came to pick it up and they were rude, told me that it wasn't ready, and that they needed all kinds of other stuff. I told them I want a refund and they said 3-5 business days, 4 have passed and I haven't heard a thing. My cousin had me go to Aaron's and see her guy, who helped me get a better bundle, at my actual desired weekly price. No weird fees or anything and he took half the time it took RAC to fake sell me an item.
