They don’t care they get your product in and we got heels that are straight up in the air. In Store is Elizabeth you need to talk to her greatest person to ever help you everybody that works in that store (Aaron’s Dickson TN) is superb. Hell, yeah whoever reads this needs to check them out if you need anything, I’m not kidding you they are superb people man and a great great business that works with you

Told us on 3 separate occasions that we’d be getting our delivery that day and never did. Kenney and Isaiah (the delivery guys) are absolutely overworked and I’m sure underpaid. They did an amazing job when they got here and were nothing but courteous, respectful, and very friendly. Management, however, ought to work on their time management, and not put so much work on 2 delivery people. Management can’t keep their word on time and date of delivery. Kenney and Isaiah, yall are rockstars! Thank YOU 2 so much!

I was not able to lay on the mattress before I bought it. The sales associate assured me that if I got it home and it was not comfortable that I could trade it for a new mattress. It was extremely firm and hurt my hip and back. I returned the mattress but the manager of the store refused to allow me to select another mattress. I was treated very rudely and hatefully and I will never deal with Aaron's again.
- JBJeffery BryantAug 15, 20251.0I got a laptop from Aaron's and was out of work I fell two payments behind keep in contact with them letting them know what was going on I even talked to the new general manager name Jeremy then 2 days later Jeremy shows up at my house at 9 clock at night and told me even give them the laptop or pay the two payments I was behind so I gave them the laptop back and he told me he would hold on it for 3 days before putting back on self to sell I said ok 2 days later I called him for 2 days leaving voice messages and visiting the store he was never there he never return my call and I go up there on the third day to make my payment and they have already gotten rid of my laptop to somebody else

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
