- IRIram RoseteMar 11, 20261.0I feel like I was deceived. I saw the add in the picture in my local Lowe’s and also in Cleveland Tn. I really got interested with the second deal because it advertised a fast charger and that’s what really got me. When I finally purchased the tool and opened it, I realized it had the regular 4ah charger not the fast one that was advertised. I went back to the store thinking they had given me another package but after talking to the staff (which was very friendly and understanding) I realized that this package does not exist. While the counter advertises a drill, an impact driver, two batteries, and a fast charger, they actually do not have this existing package. They offered me to return the tool and get my money back but that just doesn’t seem fair. I was excited for this deal, I just wish I had gotten what they advertised instead of being lured into buying something that’s not actually correct. The difference in the charger is a big deal.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
