  This Lowes is trash. We’ve had issues everytime we’ve ordered something from them. We’re currently waiting on $2,000.00 worth of patio furniture that was supposed to be here yesterday (already been waiting a week for it), the store numbers AI program is miserable to get past, once you do store associates just answer and put you on hold for long periods of time (currently going on 16 mins of hold time as I type this) OR they just answer and hang up. Don’t recommend this location at all. Most of their good reviews are from employees don’t let them fool you lol

  Doors/Windows Do not buy from here. We have waited over 6 months (it takes that long, ordered in November 2025) for new front doors and they arrived and were the wrong size. Between the initial person at the store and the person that came out to access and measure, additionally the installer also came out and measured. The doors are currently still waiting to be picked and the whole process begins again. I've never met a group of people that were this unqualified to do their job. I am now getting the run around. Terrible experience and we still don't have doors. Everyone wants to blame others this is on Lowes

  We do like Lowes, have spent a lot of money there over the years. Recently we ordered some landscape pavers and top soil and pd. delivery charge of $70. Late in the day a pickup truck with an older couple made the delivery. They said they were not employees, similar to door dash so we gave them a very good tip. We wrote Lowes an email which they have not responded to yet. If you pay for delivery, you might find a similar experience.

  I just want to give a huge thank you to the delivery guy from the Crossville location!!! We couldn’t get the kind of Windsor wall stones from Cookeville store we had to order them from you guys in Crossville. He unloaded everything carefully and placed them in the backyard where the work was going on! He made two deliveries both times excellent service. Sorry I didn’t get his name! But he’s doing a great job! Thank you that customer service still matters!

  Came into buy some things for porch ramp needed 2x8x6 they dont carry that size however they did carry 2x8x12 but had have them cut several people were asked to help. waited forever and finally was told the cutting machine was broken. In the middle of project we had to buy 2x6x8 losing 2ft of material and 60 dollars difference, my husband and I are both seniors and picked thru these boards and loaded he them on cart he has copd. Out of several items flashing, hinges and a few other items. when checking out asked for assistance with loading the truck the cashier says i called but it probally will be a while everyone was busy. To bad this is the only lumber yard to purchase what we needed. I guess the area is growing so fast for them to keep up not to mention custimer service. I would suggest going some where else unless you have all day to wait. Poor Customer service.
