I moved from south Nashville to Crossville recently. I regularly shopped at the south Nashville and Brentwood, TN Lowe’s stores. Most times I had trouble locating help in these stores and very few employees offered help. I usually had to search the aisles for any assistance.
From the first time I entered the Crossville Lowe’s, and on every visit, an employee has asked me if I need any help. This was very unexpected, but greatly appreciated. From what I have seen so far, the managers and employees of the Crossville Lowe’s are very friendly and offer to help more than any other Lowe’s I have visited.

I have a love-hate relationship with Lowe's. I'll start with the bad. Due to it being the only lumber yard around, they price gouge because they have this town by the short hairs. I personally have the money but I know most don't around here so it makes me sick when I pay their over inflated pricing. The good is their yellow tag sales, every once in awhile I find a deal that I can't pass up. Staff is usually helpful and friendly.

This Lowe’s is the best! Their team has been instrumental to the renovations of my wife and I’s first home. Tonight we were in to do a little Christmas splurge and buy an electric fireplace. Anthony quickly helped us find the right one for our needs, and while he and Evan pulled the fireplace, Jonathan rang us up right there and then, including all our extra Christmas lights, etc. All three gentlemen quickly loaded it into the back of our truck and away we went.
