Ordered and paid online as a Lowe's Pro. Arrived to Pro desk. Girl called the guy that was supposed to load. He said that it would be a half hour cause he was helping someone in flooring. She got another person to help and get my order out of a locked area. As we were walking to the locked area. Someone approached the kid and said he needed help loading some boards. The kid just walked off from my order and started helping the guy load. He did not even get my load from the locked area. So I had to wait longer instead of telling the guy he would get him next. After helping the other guy, he came back and unlocked the locker. I had bought various sizes of metal shelves and various sizes of shelf brackets. All was loaded on a plywood cart which was okay except the brackets were just scattered on the bottom of the cart and kept falling off as the cart moved. They were taken out of boxes they are displayed in and placed individually on an area of the cart that couldn't hold them. I asked the kid if he had a box and he said he only had the thin Lowe's bags. We started loading the shelves. With half the load loaded, the kid just walked off. I finished loading myself. Once loaded, I went to get one of the complimentary flags since the load overhang several feet. Of course there were no flags. If I ever go to this Lowe's again, I will just get the items myself from the shelves. If my load has to be locked up and it's hit or miss if someone will be able or willing to help, it'll probably be faster to do it on my own. IMO, think twice about this Lowe's.

We are long time customers of Lowe’s in the Nashville area, so it was great to be able to use our Lowe’s pros account when we needed more lumber over the weekend when working on a project in Crossville. The sales clerk was very nice and efficient. The prices are comparable. There was plenty of parking and the lot was well maintained. The store itself was clean and well stocked.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
