After today in store and several interactions with customer support online and over the phone, I am definitely a Home Depot man from now on. Done with Lowe's. Update: Responded to the comment by the owner by attempting to reach out via the link, which took me juat to the website, and the phone number which routed me to a non English speaking call center where they couldn't seem to understand I was trying to reach out to whoever wanted me to. They said thank you for registering this information and if there was anything else they could do...I haven't said anything worth registering...so I hung up. This just interaction just made sure I will not buy another thing from Lowe's again. They don't deserve my respect, time, and money.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
