Most important above the product quality was the quality, coutesy and cleanliness of the installers. I tried to "stay out of their way" & when they were complete there was NO REFUSE for me to pick up. They took the time to explain the operation process to me & reminded me that if there were questions or concerns later to contact Budget Blinds. Their workmanship was appreciated. Terry
