- SPShaina PattonMar 16, 20261.0Horrible experience. I’ve never used Aaron’s before but they definitely didn’t get off to a great start by any means. I will not be going back period. I ordered two pieces of furniture online. A week and a half went by never heard a word. I was still having to make payment but didn’t have the furniture. I called they ask me to send info to the gm so I did and they’d call with a delivery date. Never heard word. So I went in the store once again got the run around. Called a few days later they need my info sent again to the gm. I informed them I had already done that they said they needed it for both pieces of furniture. So I sent it once again. Still didn’t hear anything so I call and ask if I can get a delivery date. They tell me it’ll be here Friday and asked if I wanted it before 3 or after I said before. Never heard another word. Friday rolls around and I wait and wait till about 2 and call. Oh your furniture is on the second load it’ll be after 3 we didn’t get a message or a note left telling us you wanted it before 3 so it’ll be there between 3-7. 20 minutes till 7 I call. Oh their about 20 minutes out. 8:15 rolls around. My furniture finally gets here but it’s only one piece of it. Call Saturday. Oh it’ll be there Monday. This was the absolute worse customer service ever. The delivery guys were very respectful and apologetic but the office staff? No. Rude. Unorganized and very unprofessional. I even called customer service and they said the gm would contact me. Never heard a word.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email titled "Aaron's Order Confirmation". At the top of that email is a blue "Track Order" button. If you have additional questions, please contact us at 1-888-333-3785.
Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
