    This Lowe's has the worst bathrooms I have ever seen. The rolls of toilet paper are laying on the ground. No soap. No paper towels. Just gross.

    The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The ai assistant is extremely unhelpful and staff is impossible to get a hold of on the phone. I have had to call more than five times a day to reach a person wasting hours of my time and still haven’t resolved the issue. We ordered two appliances in November and now we are about to start the new year without a stove and oven.

    I have to commend Antonio in the paint department. I was having a frustrating time painting two new name brand doors that were installed. The company was not forthcoming about their “trademarked painted finish” and applying an acrylic urethane, as suggested by their website, was a useless waste of time and money. Antonio took the time to help me work through the problem, made suggestions and thought outside the box to help me find a satisfactory solution. He was patient and kind and is a huge asset to this Lowe’s location.

    I had a very disappointing experience trying to return an item I purchased online. Because the item number didn’t immediately match, the manager accused me of trying to “scam” the store, even though I provided the barcode showing the order number. They did not attempt to manually enter the code or look for a solution. To make matters worse, they told other customers that I was trying to scam the store. This was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. I expected better customer service and basic respect.

    That was my worst experience ever in this store.After I entered my order number in the pickup computer, no employee assisted me for five minutes, even though there were no other customers in front of me. I approached a staff member and asked for help, and she found the pickup staff for me. This pickup staff member called my name in a strange tone, then went into the pickup area to get my order. During this time, she kept calling my name and laughing loudly until I told her to stop making fun of my name and informed her that her behavior was disrespectful and discriminatory. It happened between 11:15–11:30 AM on November 21.
