The company was not forthcoming about their “trademarked painted finish” and applying an acrylic urethane, as suggested by their website, was a useless waste of time and money. Antonio took the time to help me work through the problem, made suggestions and thought outside the box to help me find a satisfactory solution. He was patient and kind and is a huge asset to this Lowe’s location.

During this time, she kept calling my name and laughing loudly until I told her to stop making fun of my name and informed her that her behavior was disrespectful and discriminatory. It happened between 11:15–11:30 AM on November 21.
