At 2200 hrs I had to help the tech install the original lock. The tech was suppose to call the following day, but have yet to hear from him. Never use this service again.

This man called not too long after and told me it would range from $60-200 but it’s usually $60 with a $30 service fee. I explained to him that I received a flat rate quote from another company for $75 so thanks, but no thanks. He then told me that he can match that price. I asked once again to make sure $75 would be a flat rate....he agreed and told me he would be there in 20 minutes. About 50 minutes later he pulled up and was able to get me into my house. I was paying with a debit card and instead of the $75 like he stated, he charged me $90. Once I pointed out the mistake, he said he would refund me the $15 the following day.....this was a week ago and I have yet to hear from him. I definitely won’t be using this service again and won’t recommend it either. The independent locksmith goes by JB locksmith
