Charles Williams helped my wife and I with an estimate for a new door for our 1930s home. He took time to show us the different Quality Levels and explained pricing with each level. Charles also gave us an estimate with our custom door size dimensions, window options, product material, and finish. When we are ready to purchase our new door, we will re-visit Charles and place our order. We appreciated Charles’ help and his friendly disposition, which can be difficult to find these days.

Once again, arranging a delivery has become a nightmare. I ordered fencing from the Cookeville Lowe's and they were out of stock. Received a text from Lowe's, Crossville would be delivering the fencing. Receiving another text asking to verify the entire address. AI took over at the time and could not determine the correct address as the zip code was not correct. I had to call customer service and spoke with a CSR who corrected the zip code, but now delivery would be 2 days later and I had to pay .29 for their address error for delivery to proceed. REALLY!! I cancelled the order.

The instant I walked up the parking lot, Faris had the most welcoming smile even amongst holding a large box while waiting for the customer to pull up in their vehicle to pick up their purchase. Faris did not hesitate to see what he could do to help make my experience at Lowe’s the most impressionable customer service possible. His genuine expression of helpfulness was backed by not even knowing the amount of money I intended to spend that day at Lowe’s. After I expressed the intent of my visit, his patronage to Lowe’s never ceased. Faris far-above exuded the exceptional bar of customer service. He is an outstanding asset to the community of Cookeville, TN and employee of Lowe’s. I will most certainly be back to Lowe’s for my and my family’s future applicable needs specifically because of the 5-STAR+ customer service I received from Faris.

Paid for a LG washer and dryer... never received and lowes will not return return our money. They delivered the wrong appliances. They said they returned to pick them up and lied because we have cameras and the delivery driver did not get out of the truck. Customer service was no help at all, store said there was nothing we could do and we have a dryer we did not order and they will not return our money... Jason Lewis of Sparta, TN ... all.of this happened at the Cookeville Lowe's and staff was not helpful at all.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
