There was a small issue during initial installation that the owner handled professionally and very fairly. It is refreshing to do business with an owner who takes responsibility for the company’s work and not only corrects the issue but makes certain the client is happy. The doors were installed successfully on another try, and they are beautiful and function easily. The quality is apparent. For reference, we were able to purchase custom doors from Parker Bros with installation at less than similar doors of less quality would have cost from a big box store without installation. And we supported a local business. We highly recommend Parker Bros for glass-their products are high quality, the prices are great and the owner is a do-right man.

They had already torn my old shower out. Wes came out and discussed the options and said he would reinstall my old shower. He installed the shower replacing the damaged trim and didn't charge me for the trim even though I offered to pay. That is great customer service and integrity. Even though he couldn't help me with my frameless shower, I would recommend Parker Brothers. Thank you Wes
