- JCjudy curtisMar 26, 20262.0All though this store has very friendly staff watch the paint department make sure to specify if you don't want to be sold the most expensive mixed paint. I didn't and so therefore they never ask just grabbed the most expensive one. This is called upsale in the retail world. So they did there job lowes would be proud! Just make sure to specify if you don't want the most expensive brand they carry when you get painted mixed.

It dpes not look bad but the bathroom is higher than the closet and bedroom because they did not remove the vinyl. He showed me that it would be high and I said not if he removed the current floor which they were supposed to do. He said he would. I asked him later if he had and he said yes but put the transition board there anyway. After checking later I found they did not remove it. So Lowes refunded me the $105 they charged fir removal. Grantedthey offered to send someone out but I was so annoyed that none of the three men spoke English that I declined. A week later I noticed a side trim piece is missing from my vanity. They broke it or just took it off. The floor was too high to put it back easily. I could have continued having them back out but I wanted to be done with it so bad. I do not recommend their floor people at all. Two stars because the bedroom seems fine
- TYT YazFeb 26, 20264.0Thank you for your response. It's appreciated. 😉 Customer service is a lost art. I think people forget that customers are the reason they have a job. Make yourself available for your customer and when asked where a product is, rather then looked bothered and give an aisle number, if possible take them to it. Home Depot ranks above Lowes in this area.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
