    I bought flooring at Lowes for bedroom, closet, bathroom. I had them install it. It dpes not look bad but the bathroom is higher than the closet and bedroom because they did not remove the vinyl. He showed me that it would be high and I said not if he removed the current floor which they were supposed to do. He said he would. I asked him later if he had and he said yes but put the transition board there anyway. After checking later I found they did not remove it. So Lowes refunded me the $105 they charged fir removal. Grantedthey offered to send someone out but I was so annoyed that none of the three men spoke English that I declined. A week later I noticed a side trim piece is missing from my vanity. They broke it or just took it off. The floor was too high to put it back easily. I could have continued having them back out but I wanted to be done with it so bad. I do not recommend their floor people at all. Two stars because the bedroom seems fine

    Thank you for your response. It's appreciated. 😉 Customer service is a lost art. I think people forget that customers are the reason they have a job. Make yourself available for your customer and when asked where a product is, rather then looked bothered and give an aisle number, if possible take them to it. Home Depot ranks above Lowes in this area.

    Nothing like buying all brand new appliances that are supposed to come with free installation. Then having to leave work to go install them because the guys that dropped them off, didn't and your wife shouldn't have to wait another 24hrs for someone to install them. Free installation my butt

    I’m at a Lowe’s in Columbia Tennessee and I’m just amazed at the young man, Anthony. He works in the pro department. Knows it all! Definitely can figure it out!

    I love lowes and my main location is the spring hill lowes which has fantastic service. For this alone is why i still gave this lowes a 3 star. Although, I feel like this lowes deserves a 1 star for there pro service desk. Anthony was the only one there so i dont neccessary fault him but i was the only one there and i waited 15 to 20 min and still did not get help but I was the only person there and he was on the phone the whole time. In the end he asked someone to help us which they did but after 20 min of standing. I wish that he just did that in the first place. I hate to complain about this but I hope the manager takes this seriously and starts valuing the customers time. I probably will not ever pickup my orders here again unless necessary. Another thing for credit due shout out to Marilyn for helping us get our windows that we already bought. But there were screen damage and she found ones that were not damaged great employee going the extra mile
