Good luck getting service over the phone. Long time contractor customer. Seems they went with some AI phone assistance. Have waited two days in a row over 45 minutes to get to a real person and then was immediately disconnected.. THAT is not good customer service. Midea refrigerator we purchased 6 months ago died.
