We traveled 30 miles to Collierville Lowes because it said online they had the rug shampooer we wanted. I didn't get his name but an employee took us from the garden area looking for it. There was one on the top shelf and he got a ladder to get it down for us. We were greeted by many employees and were so impressed with the entire staff.
