When I got back to my vehicle, I had a feeling to make sure I did in fact have that small bottle in there. I did not. So I go back inside with my receipt and ask the ladies at the front about it. They called an assistant manager over who then took my receipt and checked the camera footage. This took several minutes. When he came back, he insisted it had been put in a bag for me and that I had it. I felt very discouraged by this and needed to get going, so I left. I'm assuming they had put the small item in one bag and my fabric in another and I only left with the one bag and the next customer got my stain remover that I paid for. I understand a company wants to check facts but they didn't do a thorough job and at some point, I'm leaving and leaving an honest 1 star review. And on top of that, the fabric cutting people are always short and rude, like they have other things to be doing. This has been the case every time I come here. This store just lacks in quality customer service overall. Good workers are hard to come by nowadays for sure, but this is just unacceptable. I'm not sure I'll be back.
