I went into Lowes yesterday and was greeted immediately and helped by a salesman who was very helpful and answered all my questions. I decided on the machine I wanted and it was scheduled to be delivered between 10-2 today. We had a not so great experience with install of our last appliance so was a little leary of using Lowes contractors to install the washers. I was very impressed with the communication I received about my delivery, starting w a text last night. Sharing called me this morning to let me know they would be here in 30 mins which gave me time to do some last minute pick up. They came in, installed the new washer, removed the old one, and started a wash cycle with no damage to my property and all within 10-15 minutes! My trust in the 3rd party installers has been renewed! Very, very easy process that started yesterday in the appliance department.

Usually have a decent experience with this store except for the paint department. I went in and no one was attending the paint department. Had to ask the customer service rep to page them. I was greeted with an eye roll by the Customer service rep. Waited 15 minutes, no one came. Made a second request for a page to the paint department with a different customer service rep, they were nice and made the second page. Five more minutes and a young worker came to the paint area where you order. He looked at me and ignored my presence. Went straight to a computer and started working on it. No acknowledgement of me, no “I’ll be right with you” nothing. I was so put out I walked out and went to Home Depot. It will be a cold day you know where, before I buy paint or paint supplies from Lowe’s Collierville again.

Bought a quart of paint for touch up . They didn't get color match right and wouldnt make it right without buying another quart . Sherwin Williams would had made this right. Fact. I will never buy any more paint from Lowe's. Go to Sherwin Williams folks . The actual store.
