I leased a unit about two years ago and needed to upgrade to a larger size and when I walked in Lisa was still there. I remembered she was very friendly and helpful during my initial leasing visit. She made today’s transfer process so efficient and simple. Then during the physical moving stuff from small unit to larger one, I had to call Lisa several times for this and that and she was super helpful each time. I generally don’t write reviews but was compelled by Lisa’s attitude and business-friendly personality as it really stood out to me given today’s customer service environment in general.
