I bought an LG fridge with an extra 5 year warranty and the fridge didn't even work out of the box. Lowes told me to call LG. The Lowes brochure says that the delivery people was supposed to test it, that was a lie. And then they told me that it would start working in 24 hours or less, that was a lie. We lost everything in the fridge and now I'm dealing with LG. Lowes won't replace it or even try to makes things right... BUYERS BEWARE: if you buy a big appliance and it doesn't work and you say that it doesn't work, you are on your own regardless of how big of a warranty you buy.

I have lived in CLARKSVILLE for three years. I am remodeling a home, added, in addition, have done landscaping in the front and back, put in a fence, along with a ton of other things that have been purchased through Lowe’s. Each time I’ve set up a pro delivery, it has absolutely never come on time. It has been shifted from six in the morning to the latest delivery came right before 9 o’clock at night. Out of a ton of orders that have been purchased and given my home address to, they have often been rescheduled for different days, only to be discovered when I’ve had to call and ask why I’ve waited all day and no order has arrived. This location has been the worst experience of my life. To add fuel to the fire, the store manager was absolutely as rude as can be with this recent order. I called very calmly asking when my order would arrive since it was Supposed to be delivered at 330 today. When I called the store, the manager was so hateful , As I was trying to get a timeframe for the delivery. They never bother to once again call, text message, and follow up, letting me know. It was gonna be hours later. When I started to voice the frustration of this happening again, I was very calm. The manager continued to cut me off, and said she was unwilling to hear my complaint. She said I had a ton of boys she did not like. I was very calm, even as frustrated as I was. We are expecting rain in CLARKSVILLE, and I wanted to know if it would still be delivered. and was trying to tell her that this has happened every time I’ve ordered. Which has been thousands and thousands of dollars from them. I’ve been with Lowe since 1998. I lived in Hendersonville, Tennessee prior, and their service was wonderful. This manager absolutely was rude, unprofessional, and clearly had no problem cutting off a customer And their complaint. I felt like it was the I can do whatever I want mentality, and you can’t do anything about it. Sadly, I was not rude, but this is nothing more than he said she said. There is another location in CLARKSVILLE, I would suggest using it. I myself will be using Home Depot. You have spent over $100,000 easy between two homes I have lived in, since 1998 , Wash shopping at Lowe’s. I won’t make the mistake again and I will switch to Home Depot. I guess this explains why the company is shutting down locations, maybe if they start with an internal review and actually do something about this manager, and the hateful way of disrespect that she treats customers. They might actually see the store sells go up. But when you try to call corporate, you get the runaround to call Customer service. When you call customer service, your log a complaint that is lost in 1000 emails,. And that I’m sure absolutely nothing will be done, or followed up with the store manager. It’s a shame a customer gets treated so poorly, after being with the company and spending so much over the years. And it’s even a bigger shame that there’s really nothing that will ever be done to this manager, because she will lie her way out of it.

Seriously, this is where I spend most of my time. What really stands out is how many veterans work here. It makes the whole experience better when you are getting help from people who genuinely care and know how to take care of others.
Everyone is friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist, whether you are deep into a project or just trying to find your way to the front of the store. I never feel like I am on my own when I walk in.
This is my go to spot for all my DIY projects. From full remodels to putting together garden beds, they have everything I need and the people to back it up.

I was let down by the unprofessional employee I experienced this morning.
I had to get wire taken to the self checkout until I had finished shopping, the woman who was at the self checkout was amazingly helpful, her coworker that she had to get the wire from brought my wire to the wrong person and as the young woman corrected her that it was my wire, the older woman proceeded to hold on to my wire. She then turned around and started to belittle and blame the young woman. She never asked who's wire it was and just assumed and made a mistake and took her embarrassment out on this poor young woman. I then had to ask the older woman for my wire to checkout.
Very unprofessional, The older woman represents Lowe's and im very unimpressed: guess hopkinsville and Madison street Lowe's will be the go to now.

If I could give no stars, I would. 2150 Lowe’s Dr needs better customer service and better knowledge about pickup orders with different payment methods. My order was completely paid for online and I came to do pickup but had to make two trips. I checked in and was told to park at the loading zone. I parked at the loading zone and waited for a while for someone to come out. My order was not even picked yet. When I checked the Lowe’s app, my order had been completed earlier in the morning it was around 6:00pm when I actually arrived to pick it up. why was the order not ready if I had been waiting so long after checking in? I waited even longer for them to come outside with only part of my order as I informed them I was needing to make two trips. I am a disabled veteran and had my newborn waiting in the car as well. I had to have my husband come and load 32 bags of gravel on his own. He also had to go re-pick my order of 32 bags because the bags that were brought out after 30+ minutes of waiting were all ripped open and old.
The first trip I took 20 bags between two vehicles and told the forklift driver and the guy that was supposed to be helping load that I would return in 15-20 minutes to get the remaining 12 bags. When I returned for my remaining bags the app said that I owed money for the rest. When I got to the loading zone no one was there and the bags were all gone. My husband had to go pick and load the remaining 12 so they didn’t give us all open bags of gravel. (More about this part towards the end).
When I went to speak about the owed money for the remaining bags the lady at the front desk for pick-up did not know anything about the process so I had to wait even longer for a manager while my spouse had my newborn in the car. When the manager (Stephanie) finally came to the front. I informed her of what was going on and how I told the guys earlier that i would be returning for my remaining bags. She finally found out that since I paid through affirm and they totaled out the first trip of bags that the rest of the payment did not go through because it is “all or nothing” when it comes to affirm payments through them. I was never informed of this before I left with the first trip of bags so I had wait and pay for the rest of my order inside the store. I told her that the guys earlier brought all ripped bags and did not help load them and there was no response from her.
Back to my spouse having to pick the orders himself , so when he first went in the aisle there was this employee with no vest just a t-shirt and a cap, When in the aisle the employee had an attitude as I was on the phone with my spouse who asked me what size bags of gravel and what brand I got because there was different types. I told him the exact one and he told the worker which bags I said to get and the worker gets smart and said “I just said that.” As I am checking out, this same employee while I was standing in front of the manager (Stephanie) walks past our pallet and says “is this all they are getting?” stephanie says “Yes” After Stephanie responded he proceeds to say “Good cause i just had to clean up that aisle” and I responded “Why is he right behind me complaining about cleaning up the aisle when that’s his job?” Once again no response about the employees from Stephanie. She totaled out my order finally and told me it went through then we left.
The worker at this point has on a vest, I did not see the name but he was white, had a long beard, a baseball cap, and a vest that had “Proud Veteran” on it or something about Veteran stitched on it. If I could see his name, I would have definitely put his name in this review.
The process was stressful on top of coming out of pocket for an order that was placed online because of the employees mistake of not paying for the order in full.No one was helpful. This was the worst experience. I would not recommend doing pick up at that location to anyone especially to any disabled veterans as you might end up loading your order yourself if you don’t have someone else doing pick up with you.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
