- FBFred Butcher5 days ago1.0Wish I could leave a lower star then 1. 1st rule of real-estate location, location, location, and this one sucks. Parking is very tight and narrow, no way for a respectable work crew to access the store. Product selection was minimal at best..... yes the sleeves were full but they were full of off brand or store specific items that any true blue collar professional know not to trust There new clothing line seems to be taking the highest precedent for sales, they might want to consider trying to open a shop in the mall and maybe carry better building materials here in the store Age and respect mean nothing, I watched a 70 year old + come up to the register looking for help since some idiot only allows self check out and all the children they had for employment just looked at him as if he was the issue for not being comfortable with the machines This is my last and final trip ever into a Lowe's store

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
