    I never leave reviews like this but this Lowes is the worst. They always have 3-4 people at the only checkouts that are self checkouts(they never have that many open) and instead of helping you they are always in the way and are never helpful. This visit today i had to interrupt their conversation to be able to use the checkout. And then after they acted like I was bothering them, they wanted to check the one thing I bought because i guess they need to see if I’m stealing stuff which shocker I was not. To clarify though I am younger and I like using self checkouts but what’s the point of having them if you need that many people standing there. They could be helping customers which I can never get them to help me at this specific Lowes.Next time I will drive across town even though I live 1.5 miles from this one because the Madison street Lowe’s is always helpful and very nice

    Usually, they have a pretty good experience here but I tried online order for the first time I ordered November 29 it’s December 28. Still don’t have my product. I got an email saying my product was delayed and I need to accept the delay so I accepted the delay and called the store to verify it would not be canceled. They insured me that it would not be well a couple days go by now it’s the 28th. I get an email saying it’s been canceled. I called the number on there. It takes me to a call center. I tell them the issue they tell me to reach out to my local store so I did and I tried calling four or five times and no one will answer. It just keeps ringing and ringing so very poor customer service.

    I usually have a good experience shopping here, but today was the worst. One of the items I bought was missing, so I went straight from the cashier to customer service. Instead of helping, the first employee implied that I might have taken it to my car, which was extremely frustrating and disrespectful. I even suggested checking the cameras, since I went directly to customer service. They continued blaming me until they finally found the item by the cashier. After that, I had to return again because a supposed discount was not reflected. This time, a different employee told me twice that they could not match prices, even though Lowe’s policy clearly states that they do. She also sent me to the back of the line even though she was already assisting me and did not complete two of the needed adjustments. She appeared visibly annoyed about having to issue a refund for a system error. This kind of rude and dismissive behavior seems to be a pattern with this employee, and based on how I was treated, it genuinely made me question whether I would have been treated differently if I looked different, which is an uncomfortable feeling no customer should leave with. The lack of consistency, professionalism, and basic customer service turned what should have been a simple visit into a very frustrating experience, I even thought if I would be treated differently if my appearance will be other.

    Caught a manager just staring at me when I was trying to find an item instead of coming over to help which is odd considering customer service is apart of the job. Didn't need help or I would have asked but I thought we learned in elementary that staring at people is not nice or appropriate.

    Our Lowe’s experience has not been smooth to say the least. Bought a washer and dryer on sale for our son and daughter-in-law. Dryer broke the next day. It eventually got replaced, but the process in doing so was long, difficult, and stressful at every turn. I don’t know if the poor customer service is specific to this store, but unfortunately, we no longer trust Lowe’s in general. We will avoid them for big purchases if at all possible in the future and will definitely never buy appliances there again.
