Literally just left Lowe’s. Stood there for 15 mins watching a guy make paint… waiting isn’t the issue, he’s not even saying one sec… or noticing a line building up… waits till I leave then starts helping people who took my spot…. That’s why I go to Home Depot . At least they have the common decency to be polite and say “I’ll be with you in a sec. How hard is that… like he’s a part owner

Bought paint, took over 30 minutes for them to get to me. Then they had to make the color 2. What looked like would be a perfect match,wasn't. The color was not even close when I put it on my wall !! The lightning in there store is totally different from home lights.

I never leave reviews like this but this Lowes is the worst. They always have 3-4 people at the only checkouts that are self checkouts(they never have that many open) and instead of helping you they are always in the way and are never helpful. This visit today i had to interrupt their conversation to be able to use the checkout. And then after they acted like I was bothering them, they wanted to check the one thing I bought because i guess they need to see if I’m stealing stuff which shocker I was not. To clarify though I am younger and I like using self checkouts but what’s the point of having them if you need that many people standing there. They could be helping customers which I can never get them to help me at this specific Lowes.Next time I will drive across town even though I live 1.5 miles from this one because the Madison street Lowe’s is always helpful and very nice
