I cannot BELIEVE Lowe’s schedule a Veteran to work on Veterans Day. I thought they were pro-Vets. And in the cold?!? Obviously the only reason I know is because of the vest they make the Vets wear. Just unbelievably inconsiderate. Time to take my business elsewhere to hope they treat our vets better.

Store is clean and product is easy to find, but it’s a struggle to find help from staff members. Staff called for assistance twice and nobody ever came to help.

This was my last visit to this location, and it’s disappointing that it had to end this way. I filled an entire lumber cart by myself — loading 12-foot 4x4s and stacks of 2x4s — while employees walked by without offering to help. Pushing that heavy cart outside alone was tough enough, but even after I pulled up my vehicle with disabled veteran plates and started loading everything onto my trailer, no one stepped in. The only time anyone offered to help was when my wife tried to lift bags on her own. If she doesn’t appear to need help, yet that’s the only time assistance is offered, it really makes you question whether this is how corporate wants their employees to treat customers. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience that made us feel ignored and unwelcome.

Give them a ZERO. My new refrigerator was delivered today. They refused to hook up the ice maker, did not properly install the unit, and quickly left without taking the old unit. I paid for all these to be done. When I called the store they routed me to Nashville. I once was a dedicated customer but will never shop at a Lowe's again. I'm 70 years old and found this so called "service" to be worthless. Lowe's is NOT RECOMMENDED

I went in today with my husband. They had Craftsman riding mowers on clearance. The T2200k. They had notated that they were marked down to $1700. Thinking this was a steal I told the employees I wanted one. Things went smoothly and they talked us into applying for the credit card that would in turn gives us $100 off AND 20%. Again things went smoothly. When my dad came with his trailer they wanted to make sure that the mowers actually worked, but the employees were dead set on loading it into his trailer without trying to start its My dad said he will not til they prove they can actually run. First one wouldn’t crank at all. 2nd one cranked but wouldn’t start. So they switched the battery and tried again. Nope. Nothing, both mowers had gas and nothing. My dad asked 3 times to speak with the store manager Jonason Hawkins and he would not come speak to him. The employee just returned the item like all was good. After all said and done I truly think that they were trying to sell mowers they know did not work. They even said that the mowers are sold “as is” AFTER I purchased and my dad came to pick up item, they never told me to my face or had it printed on the flyer outside also they didn’t even offer me a warranty which I would’ve purchased adding that the the feeling that they knew they were trying to screw their customers. This store manager is shady. I don’t recommend purchasing any mowers from them. Maybe see a reputable dealer or home depot instead. I will be calling corporate on Monday.
