    The Sales staff if not knowledgeable on the products that they sell. The goal of the company that hires these people is to place a body in that position, not to place a qualified. A person in that position

    Went to buy a kobalt 24v tool combo set. They were out told to come back in 3 days they should have some or could order them. Came back and they were out and customer service would not order them. Asked to speak to mgr. A lady named Lisa. She said they were not avaible and i asked why the sign was still on the endcap advertisins these tools since they have been out no answer for that. I suggested that she get the individual tools and honor her add and recieved a flat NO. Then told me display said "while supplies last" these words were not on end cap. A sign 6ft big but a small sign down the isle did say that. She only knew about small sign because i told her the add was in 2 places. If you bought the combo you received 2 extra tools also. Bait and switch advertising and absolutely poor customer service, Lisa didn't offer any type of compromise just to bad for me. Not the way to run retail business

    Bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s on Madison St. with the understanding that the installers (Crume) would contact me to schedule delivery and installation. A week later and I have not heard from Crume Installation for a date or time for the installation. I spoke with Lowe’s and they confirmed that they had the dishwasher but Crume Installation would not be able to deliver or install it for another two weeks. From my point of view this is completely unacceptable. That is a three week turnaround from purchase to delivery of a product they have on hand. Lowe’s Sales Associates have been very nice and the lower rating is base solely on Lowe’s delivery of their products.

    Manager was very rude about a delivery. I went over and above my delivery job title. I was talked to like I was doing them a injustice for delivering freight they ordered. I will never delivery to this store again.

    Usually Love this lowes but came in for some wood, am post op right shoulder surgery so had to park the cart and didn't want it restocked due to Bfriday shenanigans . Employee was management and I said ma'am twice "gotta leave the cart just gonna check out xmass decorations and brb" .. know things are busy know bad day for retail customer service wise but her snotty tone of "ok I got it don't need to repeat "... Cause I interrupted her phone call.. wow just didn't need that if I didn't live in Woodlawn I would of left that cart and gone elsewhere to get the firewood I need and always buy from Lowe's for it's birch and perfect for a wood stove. Don't know if it's cut backs less staffing or general culture change but I left Home Depot for this kind of CS RUDENESS and as a manager a simple no problem would of sufficed.. As management level Her early report time blues and phone call priority need to be checked and she needs to set a better example and maybe prioritize the shoppers buying merch it was a $100 bag she almost lost due to attitude ... Do better Lowe's
