No customer service, no real relevant knowledge, and no empathy. This location makes me wish I never bought anything from a lowes. If I could return them, I would rip off the wall cabinets of my new kitchen just so I wouldn't have a lowes product in my house. The locations excuse, everyone's hours have been cut. Then close the dang store.

I was so stressed when I went into aisle 5 to purchase sealer for my porch. I had no idea what to buy and an associate named Devin walked by and asked if I needed help. I was so thankful, he then explained to me the different types of sealers and the ones with stain & Sealer. He answered many of my questions and took the time to explain everything to me with acting like I was taking up his time. He also explained to me about the heating and air that they provide for 29.99. I wish he is promoted; he really cares about the customers and is very patient. After he educated me, I bought a gallon of stain & sealer for my porch.

Lowes is a great store but what makes it even better is their employee Dylan Osborne. When my husband and I go to Lowe’s we look for Dylan. He truly cares about his customers. I tell my husband if every employee treated their customers like Dylan, lowes would be packed every day. Lowes should consider hiring Dylan as head of training. Keep up the great work Dylan you keep us coming back!!
