    Purchased a new Christmas tree on 1/16/25. Tested it, was good, then boxed it back up and stored in a climate controlled environment. Opened it in October 2025 and all of the center lights are not working. Contacted At Home who first offered a $25 gift card; and then directed us to send an email to the manufacturer. I informed At Home Rep, that the email was a non-working email; the rep told me to have a good day (they actually said something about wonderful fall colors). My opinion, this company does not back the products you purchase. I would not recommend shopping here. This store/business has a D- rating with the BBB. My opinion but I recommend that this business be investigated as any business with a D- rating should not be allowed to conduct business within the state of Tennessee. Update: Was told by corporate customer care to go to the store for a refund. I went to the store and the store told me they couldn't give me a refund, that the amount was too high (the amount was $74). I asked about the manager doing some override but never got an answer. Then I contacted customer care and was told by At Home Customer Care that if the store refused the refund, I had to contact the manufacturer. Guessing customer service doesn't read the notes in the Help Request. If the did, they would see that the manufacturer was not reachable. The warranty for the tree is good until December 31,2026. My opinion, this company does not back the products you purchase. I would not recommend shopping here.

    Megan's Five-Star Service Made All the Difference I recently purchased a rug online and had the pleasure of working with Megan, whose exceptional customer service truly stood out. This was an online purchase with pickup being made by someone else at a store in another city. From the moment I talked to her she greeted me with genuine warmth and attentiveness. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me with my online purchase. Her knowledge of the product and how to make my purchase online was impressive. But what really made the experience special was her patience, honesty, and care. Even after the sale, she followed up to ensure the pickup was perfect. In a world where great service can be hard to come by, Megan reminded me that kindness and professionalism still go hand in hand. I’m grateful for her help and would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for quality products and a truly personal shopping experience.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
