  I had a wonderful experience at World Market in Chattanooga! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and every associate I encountered was friendly and helpful. I especially want to recognize Jada for her exceptional service. She was polite, charismatic, and truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. It’s not often you come across customer service that feels this genuine and thoughtful. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere.

  I had a great experience at World Market thanks to the excellent service from one of the sales associates. Thalyana was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the products in the store. She took the time to answer my questions, offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping customers find what they need. Outstanding customer service like this is the reason I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  They have a lot of great and fun things, prices are just crazy, I get that most things are international, but wow, very pricey

  The amount of attitude that these workers have is just ridiculous. Seems they are pretty upset they have to do their job. It’s a good store that I have a good chunk of money to but 100% not coming back just based on how you are treated.
