Early morning visit to Lowes no one offered to help me visited the department that sold cement 50 lbs bag plenty of workers in the store no smiling faces but the guy at the self check out was very kind and offered to have someone load my car that was the only redeeming quality at this store today,to bad You lost your 5 star rating to HOME DEPOT WHERE THEY ALWAYS GREET YOU NO MATTER WHAT and offer to help you even if you don't ask

Today everyone was very helpful, I was able to get everything I needed, I even had to tell one lady that there was no use in getting an item off the high shelf, she was highly motivated to get it for me though. I like HD but Lowe's is my favorite hardware store.

Lowe’s must think their customers are bodybuilders or robots. I had to wrestle 14 bags of 50lb sand onto a cart, push it across the parking lot, and then somehow load it into my truck—all by myself. Not a single employee offered help. The cart wobbled like it was about to implode the whole time. If your idea of customer service is “good luck, human,” congratulations, Lowe’s—you nailed it

Dont buy something and have it delivered. Because if its wrong they wont come back and get it. That's on you. How was i suppose to know the patio furniture would be missing a piece. Now I have to bring it back to you to get refund or call the distributor and try to get a replacement part which was going to take a week and then got delayed. So I just had patio furniture I couldnt assemble laying on my deck. And the customer service is AI. So I hope you enjoy calling just to get the temu verison of AI customer service.

This is a review of the Chattanooga Lowe's, their "extended warranty" and lack of customer service. We purchased a Toro lawnmower this past July on the 5th, invoice 7922. Normally we don't purchase the extended warranty, but as always they make it sound like if you don't, you're taking a big risk. Seems like now the risk is purchasing the warranty. We used the mower for about half of the season and then put it away as we have our other mowers, ran it until it stops to get the gas out of it during the winter when it's not in use. This March we purchased new gas and tried to start it and it wouldn't start. I also changed the spark plug when it wouldn't start and the mower still will not start. My wife went to the Chattanooga Lowes on Gunbarrel Rd and spoke to an associate at the return desk, Kate. My wife explained to her we had just purchased the lawn mower about 9 months ago and also the extended warranty. Kate called the manager on duty, Mike, and he told Kate to have us bring it back and they'd swap it out since it was less than a year old and we had purchased the extended warranty. My wife called me and I loaded up the mower and brought it back to Lowe's. This is when it took a turn for the worse. Kate was very nice and helpful and called Mike to help her with the replacement, as he said he'd do initially and all of the sudden he changed his mind or had selective amnesia and said we'd have to contact the 3rd party extended warranty company and of course they're closed on the weekends, as if people only cut their yards Monday through Friday. Then my wife went back to ask them why they told us to bring the mower in if they couldn't do anything about it. Then condescendingly Mike began to read the extended warranty brochure to her. Maybe Mike should have read the brochure himself before he told us to bring the mower back in the first place. It seems like the lesson learned here is when you buy any mower or appliance from Lowe's, don't buy the extended warranty, buy a duplicate appliance so you'll have one for a back up. We originally went to Lowe's for advice on what to do with a 9 month old lawnmower and we were initially told to bring it back. At this point we have no way of mowing our grass unless we pay for lawn care or purchase another lawnmower while we wait on the 3rd party extended warranty associate to call us at their convenience. I guess Lowe's is an abbreviation for LOWESt customer service. We were contacted by the 3rd party extended warranty company and were basically told it was not their problem since it was only 9 months old and we'd have to contact the manufacturer. Either Lowe's has the most incompetent managers or could care less about the customer. Currently I have a $400 paper weight. My advice would be to buy a lawn mower from Amazon because there's no benefit in purchasing it locally. Again as I mentioned earlier, LOWEst customer service.
