- WSWilliam Sumler2 days ago3.0Don’t waste your time with them unless you’re interested in waiting forever for your furniture to be delivered only to have it be damaged when they open the box on delivery day. This is the second…and absolute last…bad experience I have had with them. Judging by some of the other reviews, this is a common theme with them. (Of note, our delivery guys were fantastic. Couldn’t be happier with them)

We are now 6 weeks out from our original order date and still do not have a bed. I will never order from these people again.

- EDElla DreschMar 27, 20263.0I spent thousands of dollars here, but will never shop here again. Furniture was damaged in transit, and I have been calling to get it fixed/replaced for a month. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told she would call me back but never did. I have made numerous calls and sent in pictures of the damage, and nobody will right this wrong. Edit: after posting this review I received a call back from Carmen the manager. I received a refund for the damaged item and a repair technician was out the next day to fix it. Carmen was a delight to deal with and the repair technician was prompt and polite. Updating from 1 star to 3 stars.
