  I have had a great hot tub purchase experience with Tri-State. My salesman was Trevor, he thoroughly went over each hot tub and answered all of my questions. He really made it easy to pick the perfect hot tub for me. During delivery a piece was cracked and Trevor took care of it quickly by replacing it with a new piece. Since my purchase I have spoken to Tyler, as well as a few ladies, about maintenance and chemicals (they do free water testing) and they have been very nice and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a hot tub or maintenance.

  Trevor , went above and beyond expectations with information and guidance on repairs on our hot tub ! While at their chatt location we also pu new filters and chemicals supplies , we we very pleased with the prices and customer service . Their sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful. A+ business!!! Job well done . Thanks to all Gary Holmes

  I couldn’t be more impressed with the team at Tri-State Pools & Spa. We just bought a home with a pool originally purchased from them, and the previous owners could not say enough great things about the help and knowledge they received over the years. Now I understand why. Even though it’s approaching December, I stopped in needing guidance on what to do with the pool, and they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to walk me through everything I needed and got me up and running with confidence. This is truly a family business, and you can feel it the moment you walk through the door—warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping their customers. Tri-State Pools & Spa will absolutely be my go-to place for years to come. Highly recommend!
