Once I had completed the upgrade, I was having one issue that I could not figure out. He worked with me over the phone and then came over after he got off from work to help me fix the problem. In the past I have used a few different pool supply stores. Moving forward, TriState is the only pool supply store that I plan on using. Anyone can sell you a bag of salt, or a part for your pool. It’s the excellent customer service and the professionalism that sets this store apart from the others that I have encountered in Chattanooga. I would highly recommend TriState to anyone who is looking for a quality, knowledgeable pool supply store!
