Called to ask about the repair on a Monday afternoon, and Chuck and Barrett were there with a loaner chair that looked and worked the same as the original by lunch the next day. They explained the issue and how it will be fixed. They went above and beyond. We have bought and will continue to buy our furniture here in the future! Thanks Total Concepts!
