She kept asking if I needed help but I had it taken care of and it's raining so I don't want to have any of them go outside during their shift and get wet I know how that feels working customer service myself but she was amazing and I bought a haunted mansion item as well and she assisted me with that she was just amazing and even though this Lowe's is out of my way like 20 minutes out of my way I'm so glad I came to this one and had an interaction with her she was so great!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
