- AMAndrew MoffattFeb 11, 20261.0They shipped my package to the wrong address, even though I contacted them immediately upon seeing that it was going to the wrong address on the tracking. This was several days prior to it actually being shipped and less than 24 hours after placing the initial order (for which I did provide them the correct address, there was just an error on their part where they selected the wrong one). I caught this error in less than 24 hours, but it didn't seem to matter for a shipment that was still 9 days away from delivery, which is crazy. I had to spend an hour ferrying the pieces from the wrong address to the correct one and wasn't offered anything for my troubles. Not a great start to my experiences with this company. I just expect better when paying this sort of premium price for furniture.
