We asked for the girl a spoke with on the phone and started to look around! He said she left and commented we told her we were on our way! I tried to explain what we were discussing and he copped an attitude and mumbled something! We passed Kitty and my wife asked her a question ,he became snotty and told ,you can have them! Very rude! Was hoping the man that sold us our living room furniture was there but he's been promoted! Almost walked out!

I walked into the store, told him what I was looking for, and he walked me directly to a section containing floor samples that I could try out. In a matter of minutes, I selected a power lift recliner well-suited to a woman of my size. Mr. Harrison next showed me samples of fabrics in the color family I requested, and I quickly made my choice, then ordered my chair. Happily, I left the La-Z-Boy store having ordered my new recliner in less than an hour. Kudos to Mr. Harrison for his excellent assistance. Carol Harper

I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what chair to show me. He walked us through everything, from how to work the controls, how to handle a warranty request, and how to treat the leather properly. We got a great price on the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in. I would highly recommend this store, and especially recommend talking to Dwight.
