Dwight helped me the first time and I requested him the 2nd time. This company is wonderful! He was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Their furniture is so well built and the warranty is incredible. You cannot go wrong choosing this brand. Give them a visit. They have so much more than recliners.

I almost walked out on that one, but the answer was a quick yes from a person who was right there. Then I waited fifteen minutes for the computer to put the paperwork through on a cash and carry clearance item, but it did come with the warranty, so I somewhat understand that. I got the deal of a lifetime on the best product line in the market, so well worth the hassle. I will only buy a recliner from this brand. Everything else in this price range is junk and will break. Have a 1970 version that still works perfectly.

But the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted by very kind and helpful McKenzie.!! 😃 She was so thorough about helping us choose the right cocktail table for our new sectional sofa. We got a lovely end table too, and she did some research for us while we were in the store and was very accommodating. This was a very nice experience and I would definitely go back. McKenzie Assured, as she would oversee the process all the way until my furniture was delivered, and we were satisfied with the transaction. Thank you for all your help
