I was in need of some christmas items as well as quilting fabrics. They were heavily stocked on christmas things which was incredible. My issue started over in fabrics. There were 2 ladies working at the time I picked my bolts out. There was one lady cutting fabric for customers ( at the time I got there there were 4 waiting) and the other larger dark haired lady was rolling fabric on bolts, i assume stock, and had her back to the other lady helping customers. She never once acknowledged any customer and never spoke. The young lady cutting fabric was called away for some reason right in the middle of helping a lady I allowed to go before me since I have 5 bolts to be measured and cut. Well this lady rolling fabric continued doing it while we stood and waited. Then when she turned, looked at rhe young lady waiting and just kinda looked at her with disdain. The lady said she needed 2 pieces cut 2 1/4 yards. The employee very rudely says she can only cut a bolt once? What? I've had fabric cut in pices hundreds of times. The young lady was a bit frustrated, the employee was just standing there, and I put all my stuff back!!!! I figured I wasn't going to let this waste of an employee ruin my day. And I will say, there are other Hobby Lobby locations in the area. I will not go back here!!
