- JFJamie Futrell3 days ago1.0Do not buy from this furniture store! We bought our leather sectional couch from them and the extended warranty. We bought the extended warranty because we have pets and the salesman stated that each piece could be replaced one time if there was any damage to it. We asked multiple questions about it and he assured us that any damage was covered. Now the company will not warranty any of the pieces because they said it only covers stains. Of course the salesman no longer works with the company. We have also attempted to speak to management who does nothing. Don't waste your time shopping here because the quality of furniture and lack of customer service!

- JFJacob FrakerNov 3, 20251.0Very dishonest. After going back and forth on possibly taking a damaged couch, they acted like one on floor was better. Turns out it even had more damage than the “damaged one”. I guess an honest deal is too much to ask in this business. Salesman was nice though.

Was recommended furniture row, was told our furniture would be in by the end of September at the latest it was October 12 before we got it. Mind you they told us they would keep us updated. I called October 10th and some of the beds were there but waiting on one part that would arrive the following day they would call us when it arrived. That would have been nice to know. I had to call back on Sunday the 13th because we had no updates guess what all four beds was there with no call like promised. One out of four beds was missing feet. Called the following day, Oct 13 was told they would call us to let us know when they would be arriving never heard anything. Called Oct 27th called (today) to follow up. After being on hold for 5 mins I finally got an answer that they had shipped but no estimated time they would call me when they hear back from them. However they will not reach out. I will have to call again in a week or so. I'll update on this on when those actually come in. However the mattress store was wonderful they keep us updated like they said, but I wouldn't recommend buying from furniture row no matter how easy it is. 🤷🏼♀️
