I never made an initial review, but the overall buying and delivering process was straight-forward and not pressured like a lot of companies tend to do. The reason I write this review 4 years later is we had a unique issue and called asking for tips on what to do. The representative, William (who sold us the set 4 years ago - must be a great place to work!), said that we were actually under warranty still and in the same day swapped out the affected units with new ones. TOTALLY worth the purchase cost. We will most definitely come back again here in the future whenever we need our next set. Thank you William.
