    Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received at a furniture store. The new team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. The sales associate went above and beyond helping me understand all the options for the laptop I needed. Instead of trying to sell me the most expensive model, he took the time to explain the differences, answer my questions, and help me choose the perfect one for my needs. The General Manager was also extremely kind and helpful. She mentioned that most of the team is new and that they’re working hard to rebuild the store and improve customer service — and it definitely shows. The entire staff carried themselves professionally and created a welcoming environment. Two team members in the office were also great. One of them took the time to clearly explain my payment and payoff options and even helped me sign up for the program that protects you if you lose your job. Every person I interacted with was polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ll admit I was a little nervous coming in because my sister previously had a really bad experience with one of their delivery drivers who was rude to her. But everyone I met in the store completely changed my view — they were amazing. I would definitely recommend having a conversation with the delivery team, but as far as the in-store staff goes, they’re doing an excellent job. Overall, I had a fantastic experience. Even though I don’t always remember names, every single person I dealt with left a great impression. Keep up the great work!

    If i could fo zero stars i would. You surely dont deserve 1 star. They are liars and thieves . Do not do buisness with this company. There insurance program is a complete lie. I have been paying for the insurance for 2 years that was meant to maintenance your equipment when you rent or pay off the unit. No it doesn't it only covers if you loose your job now apparentlyaccordingto the new manager. Which is interesting because thats the only reason why we went with your company in the first place.They will lie and lie to get you to sign. Now they won't service my dryer. Its was just payed off a year ago. I continued paying the insurance just in case because I have a family of 6. Dryers last longer than 2 years. Your company should be ashamed of your selves. Lieing to your customers for sales is not good buisness. I will never do buisness with your company again.

    I never write reviews but if I can save one of you from a waste of money I do my job. Hello my name is Valerie and I am a current customer on brainerd rd unfortunately! I honestly have never rented in my life so excited about my first purchase of a washer n dryer which was disappointing to say the least after a month in a half of the run around I finally got a unit that works. Here recently I got a tv since our tv went out I went with u all again to save bills from two different sources. Unfortunately again I was given a tv after a lot of mislead promises and confusion. Later to find out the tv doesn’t work and so I called the office on brainerd rd! There was a heavy set black lady that did help me but the was a medium set white woman that was incredibly rude I told her the tv doesn’t operate and the only response was it did for you left….. not what is wrong what is it doing just the beginning of a back n forth which I refused to do I still have no tv and because I know I won’t get helped so I’m hesitant in returning to the store. I witness her the older white woman shut the door on a customer with money in her hands 5 mins before closing. I was confused but the black lady said this is my boss in a notion that she was going to challenge her or disagree in anyway. I don’t understand how this business is ran granted but I know customer service and it was the most horrendous experience of a purchase I’ve ever had and I will be returning these items immediately. I will not be treated in that way and won’t continue a relationship with someone so rude and uncanny, I don’t have to! Have a great day and someone needs to be replaced immediately or you all won’t have customers cause you just lost one and I’m sure I’m not the first person this has happened to. Godspeed

    I have been a customer with aarons for along time this Brainerd location has no respect for their customers tell you that they can do something then don't tell you they will call back they don't this location has very poor customer service try to avoid going to this store (Lisa Hicks)
