Went there last Thursday. Was needing a price for a water heater and to have it installed. Wanted to know the price. Haven't gotten a phone call back. Will be going to a different place

Standing in the tool section at Lowe’s today was frustrating. I waited in the area for assistance and no one ever came by to help. I walked to the service desk and asked if someone could come over to the tool department. They called for assistance, but after waiting about 15 minutes no one showed up. I went back to the front counter again and the employee there was very kind and tried to help, but she didn’t have the knowledge about the tools to answer my questions. I also asked if a manager could help and was told that the manager, John Webb, was not in the store and there was no one else available who could assist with the issue.
This is exactly the type of experience that makes customers feel unsupported when they come into a store for advice or guidance. When customers are standing in the tool department trying to make purchasing decisions, there should be someone available who understands the products and can help. Situations like this are frustrating and unfortunately reinforce why many customers end up ordering online instead of shopping in person. I hope Lowe’s will work on improving staffing and product support so customers can get the help they need when they come into the store.

I had bought a $3,000 refrigerator from Lowes and then paid $300 for the extended 3 yr warranty. My refrigerator completely just quit working. So I call and start a claim, assurant the contracted company that deals with the claims set up an appointment with the repair man. The day of the appointment came and the repairman was a no call no show. I tried multiple times to reach out to the repair company left voicemails, yet no one reach back out to us. I had called multiple times and spoke with several different agents. All they could do was apologize and say they couldn't get ahold of them. That they have left messages. Meanwhile I'm at home with several kids and no way to keep food. They just kept putting me off. So after 4 days the contracted repair company reaches out and said the repair man will be here at such day and such time to repair the refrigerator that they were waiting on the part to get here. At this point I'm very upset because how are they going to fix my refrigerator when they didn’t even show up to see what was wrong with it. So the repair man shows up and "tried to fix it" tells us that the part he brought isnt what is wrong with it. At this point it has been almost 3 weeks with no fridge. So the repairman said that he was closing this claim and call and start another claim to lie to the extended warrant company and tell them he fixed it and and to tell them it went out again. Which is a complete and utter lie!! Then my 18 year old nephew was killed in a car wreck and the fridge was the least of our worries. So we still did not get anything done from the company you as lowes contract to represent your company are crooked. And guess we are still screwed by lowes and the company that represents them. And out of basically $3,300. We were delivered a nightmare. We have to go buy a new refrigerator. Thanks lowes really appreciate it.

Always like going here. Customers are friendly people. Talk to you there employees also talk to you there when you're at the checkout register. If there was one thing that needs to be cleaned up here at this location though would be customer service. Hard to find a associate when you need one but outside of that that's what's keeping me from giving them a five-star rating. But four Star is not bad. So if you need to go to a Lowe's Home improvement while in this area or you're moved here or you live here, I would highly suggest and recommend it

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
