One of the grosses bathrooms i have ever seen. If I would add a photo it will probably get banned. Crap was all over seats and walls and 3 toilets did not work.

Zero stars. I called over 12 times between 10–11 AM Eastern on 4/22. Each time, someone picked up, transferred me, then hung up. I finally had to call from a different number just to get an answer. When I did, they refused to let me speak to a manager, saying they were too busy and understaffed. Completely unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. Will never order from the Bartlett location again. I placed a same-day delivery order under my account on the Lowes website and it was never delivered. Called the store for two days before someone finally decided to pick up. They blamed it on Uber and said I needed to contact them. Called Uber and they said the merchant would be the one to resolve since they were the one utilizing Uber through their website. Called again, no answer, and when I did reach someone they immediately hung up after I said hello. Contacted customer support via chat, they said someone from the store would be reaching out. Still nothing and it's been a week.

On 4/12/26, I went to pick up an item using curbside pickup and I received a message in the Lowes app basically asking me to hold on tight, they are running behind schedule. I waited so long that I decided to leave my vehicle (i.e. that was parked in a specific curbside numbered parking space) and go inside to pick up the item. However, when I got inside, there were three women at the return/pickup area. I informed them that I decided to come inside to pick up my purchased item because I had been waiting so long at curbside pickup. They informed me that I had to wait on the guy who is working pickup to process my request. I waited a while and no one showed up, so I left the store and canceled my order. I just did not see the logic in two employees (i.e. because third woman left area with a cart of return items) working in the return/pickup area and they did not have the ability to process my pickup. They were just standing there at their registers doing nothing but looking around and talking.

I’ve never experienced more insulting customer service than I have at this Lowes today. It’s not my normal store and I would never experience anything like this at my normal Lowes. But I’m a credit card holder and gold member And had to place an order to be delivered two days ago as the same day delivery. After the status being stuck in processing your order, I called the store to check on what was happening. The lady asked me to hold and I waited 40 minutes before the call was dropped. And that’s the good part of the review. Afterwards, I called corporate Lowe’s one, 800 customer service number and spoke to a very nice gentleman named John. After waiting a little bit for him to make several calls, he explained to me that apparently the status order was never changed for them to contact their delivery team to reach out and get someone to pick the item up to deliver to my house. But he said he talked to a manager at Lowe’s and they would contact me before the end of the day to let me know what’s going on with the status and gave me a case number. When I didn’t hear anything this Sunday, I called about 30 minutes before the store closed. The woman with beyond sarcastic with beyond rude, kept telling me to lower my tone and even on top of that kept calling me, sir. I tried to explain to her that the guy named John at Corporate gave me a number and told me what was going on. She kept telling me I didn’t tip enough and that a driver hasn’t picked anything up because of it. Which is totally bogus because I’ve used the service before and there is no way to tip on the Lowes app. After she kept being rude and talking all over me, and claiming that I was being allowed and the one Doing so she refused to let me speak to a manager. Even after requesting it. Then for a Third time she called me and I said you know I would really like to get your name and she hung up on me. I tried calling back but no answer. I don’t know who the general manager is at this Lowes but he or she needs to be fired. I’ve never experienced anything like this and the fact that they don’t have their associates under any kind of control or just plain old decency is ridiculous. Just cancel my order for me so that way I can just go on and start shopping at the Home Depot because I will not do business with Lowe’s again.
