The trim piece was quite long and I was holding it looking for the barcode for Crystal to scan. She holds up her hand and makes a fast spinning gesture and says "other side keep turning it!!!" She wasn't meaning to be helpful. She was clearly annoyed and rude. Next time any worker is less than polite, I will leave my items at their checkout desk and walk out. I am not spending my hard earned money at a store that I chose to shop at and be treated like I am a burden. It is your job to interact with the public. If you are burnt out, go find another profession.

I came in early for pick up in a hurry cause it was my dad’s birthday present and it wasn’t supposed to be ready till tomorrow. Zack went out of his way to help me get it right then and there. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I can’t thank him enough for helping me so much for his help with my order. I would give him personally 100 out of 5 stars if I could. P.S. my dad loved it. P.S.S. Also a really good deal on the oscillating dewalt tool kit.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
