    Absolute horrible experience ordered from lowes.com. They essentially put pending charges on my credit card three times accumulating $23,000 locking up my credit card because of multiple deliveries total purchase price was only 11k, said that it would be fixed when the items were delivered and then didn’t deliver the items when they said they were going to , still waiting call, spoke to multiple people their lies keep getting mixed up upon their other lies. Everyone keeps telling me there’s nothing they can do, worst experience ever!

    I walked into the kitchen design area, waiting and waiting for someone to come over and help us. After 15-20 minutes of no shows, we left and will take our business elsewhere. It shows how important customers are, they aren't.

    Products are fine and most of the people are great. I went in the other day and this Powers guy working the front told me to go to a different isle and he would check me out. I told him no thank you, I would just go through self checkout as that’s what I prefer. He then walks over to the register and brings the gun over and starts ringing up my merchandise after I had told him I didn’t want to. He was fairly rude. All of the other folks that helped me that day were very friendly, but I’d rather not talk to the Powers guy again.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LOWE'S! if you buy something, you only have 2 days to make sure the product is good. But if you use their stupid credit card, you'll have 30- days. I just bought a $1000 stove from them, delivery was delayed! (Happens I get it), but got delivered a couple later, didn't have time to sensually check everything because I was GRADUATING college and preparing for family to come down, so we try to clean the oven and it doesn't work. Stove top doesn't want to work now either, y'all sell these products but don't want the responsibility of helping customers. Again a $1000 induction range that is broken as soon as I get it 🙃 what a graduation present, thanks Lowe's *UPDATE: WOW look at that. I called and again got told there is nothing you guys can do. Such bullshit, thanks for pushing this onto the consumer! Such garbage policy and no accountability for selling broken appliances
